At the heart of the course, the table meets fire.
Black pepper is freshly crushed, chestnuts are slowly roasted, and sea salt and crispy seaweed are transformed over open heat.
Charred Wood is the main course of The Table Collection, inspired by ingredients elevated through fire, smoke, and time.
The fragrance opens with the dry heat of black pepper. Roasted chestnut adds a comforting nuttiness with a subtle sweetness, while smoked sea salt introduces mineral facets and smoky texture, giving the composition a bold, defined structure.
At its heart, slowly brewed fermented tea unfolds with deep, earthy richness. Korean seaweed crisp brings a delicate roasted salinity, transforming familiar ingredients into something darker, more textured, and unexpectedly sophisticated. Incense resin and myrrh deepen the composition with warm resinous notes, while clove leaf adds a refined touch of spice that keeps the fragrance vibrant and alive.
The base settles into the dry warmth of charcoal and the clean grain of hinoki wood. Amber wood glows like embers long after the flames have faded, while patchouli and vetiver anchor the composition with the quiet depth of earth and roots.
The fire has disappeared, but its warmth lingers on both the plate and the skin. Charred Wood is the main course of The Table Collection, capturing the deepest flavors born from fire and smoke.
