1) Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers such as FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International (including the U.S.): approximately 5–10 business days
    (Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier conditions.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination country/region.

Please note:

  • The shipping fee shown at checkout covers international delivery service.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may be charged separately by your local customs authority or courier upon delivery.

  • These charges vary by country/state and are not controlled by INSENF.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to:

  • Import duties and taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Courier handling or advancement fees (charged by FedEx or local delivery partners)

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer to receive the package.

Failed Delivery / Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • unpaid duties/taxes

  • incorrect address information

  • refusal to accept the shipment

INSENF may not be able to refund:

  • original shipping fees

  • return handling fees

  • customs fees incurred

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking page.


2) Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn or unused, with tags

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, please place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn or unused, with tags

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
